1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and vijl (hereinafter "vijl," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine-based online gaming platform operating under license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided by vijl through the website located at https://vijl.cam (hereinafter "Platform" or "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

vijl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all Users of vijl services, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, depositing players, bonus recipients, and VIP members. Supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions, bonuses, tournaments, or games, and such supplementary terms shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on vijl. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in immediate closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. vijl employs various detection methods including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis to identify duplicate accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete throughout your use of the Platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify vijl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. vijl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Account Responsibility

All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. You agree to accept full responsibility and liability for all deposits, wagers, transactions, and communications made using your account credentials. vijl will not reverse or refund transactions resulting from unauthorized account access unless we determine, in our sole discretion, that such access resulted from a breach of our security systems.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting vijl customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and compliance with our verification procedures. vijl reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for account closures within thirty (30) days of registration.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vijl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. 4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times. vijl is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions. Deposits become available for wagering once they have been confirmed and credited to your account.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on vijl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processor or banking partner. vijl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Deposit Bonuses

Promotional deposit bonuses are subject to separate terms and conditions that must be accepted at the time of claiming the bonus. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures, fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. vijl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If withdrawal to the deposit method is not feasible for technical or regulatory reasons, vijl may require you to provide alternative withdrawal details. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to forty-eight (48) hours to process, plus additional time for bank clearing.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300 unless otherwise specified. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your account verification level and VIP status. Standard accounts may be subject to lower limits than fully verified or VIP accounts. vijl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at any time based on internal risk management policies.

5.4 Verification Requirements

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require completion of identity verification. You must provide a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) days of request may result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to your account balance.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

vijl does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third parties. vijl may charge an administrative fee for excessive withdrawal requests or for processing withdrawals via alternative methods.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without being wagered may be subject to administrative fees or investigation. vijl cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible players at vijl's sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be accepted before the bonus is credited. Bonuses are typically available only once per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before funds can be withdrawn. 6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Forfeiting a bonus will remove all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play from your account, leaving only your original deposit balance (if any). Making a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will automatically forfeit any active bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 Promotional Abuse

vijl reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using unauthorized betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play with other users, and any other activity deemed by vijl to constitute abuse of promotional terms. All decisions regarding promotional abuse are final and binding.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on vijl has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and features. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, vijl's transaction records shall be considered definitive.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All slot games, video poker, and other RNG-based games on vijl use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. vijl does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and others) are streamed in real-time from professional gaming studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) and cannot be manipulated. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward dealers and other players during live dealer sessions. Abusive behavior may result in removal from live dealer tables and account suspension.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of sporting events as recognized by the relevant governing body. vijl reserves the right to void bets, correct erroneous odds, or cancel wagers in cases of obvious pricing errors, match cancellations, technical malfunctions, or suspected manipulation. All sports betting is subject to our separate Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms.

7.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunction, software error, incorrect game configuration, or communication failure, vijl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers. This includes but is not limited to disconnections during gameplay, display errors showing incorrect balances or outcomes, and server-side errors affecting game integrity. vijl is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions.

7.6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vijl: using automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or errors; using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions; engaging in fraudulent activity; and any other conduct that violates the spirit of fair play. Violation of this section may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by vijl

vijl reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; breach of payment obligations; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; or any activity that vijl determines, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and irreversible. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations, subject to completion of verification procedures.

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, vijl reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and retain funds as necessary to cover any damages, losses, or costs incurred by vijl as a result of the breach. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The vijl Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. vijl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vijl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if vijl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. vijl's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

vijl is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

9.4 Responsible Gaming

vijl promotes responsible gaming and provides tools to help you manage your gambling activity. However, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling behavior and seeking help if needed. vijl is not liable for any gambling-related harm, financial loss, or addiction resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on vijl are the property of vijl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without vijl's prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of vijl is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. vijl complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of vijl shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of vijl, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to arbitration in Manila, Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12.3 PAGCOR Complaints

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, vijl is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. If you believe vijl has not handled your complaint satisfactorily, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with their published procedures.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and vijl regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without vijl's prior written consent. vijl may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13.4 Waiver

vijl's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of vijl's right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by vijl to be effective.
